Question 1. How do I search for a pet sitter?

Answer: Use our ‘Find a Pet Sitter’ page  to filter by pet type and location, then click search sitters.

Answer: Visit the ‘Become a Pet Sitter’ page, click ‘Get Started’, and fill out your profile to join the platform.

Answer: We take no commission from your pet sitting business. There is just the yearly fee which is payable either monthly or yearly. There are no other fees in sight or hidden.

Question 4. What pets can I list?

Answer: All types- Dogs, Cats, Small Animals, Birds, Reptiles, Fish, Equine, Farm Animals, Arachnids and More.

Answer: Once a pet sitter confirms their availability and rate, the owner makes the payment securely through our platform. Funds are held until the pet sitting job is completed. After the job is marked as successful, the sitter is paid. This helps protect both parties and ensures trust in every booking.

Answer: Yes, we offer guides, resources, optional badges, and a dedicated FAQ section to help you feel  confident and supported. 

Question 7. Do pet sitters need a DBS check?

Answer: Yes—all sitters must provide a valid DBS certificate and photo ID confirming they are over 18 and legally resident in the UK.

Answer: Absolutely—sitters can choose which animals they’re comfortable with and set their preferences in their profiles.

Answer: While we don’t deduct commission for charity, we actively promote giving. Sitters and owners can donate directly to causes like Cats Protection or Guide Dogs for the Blind through our upcoming Charity & Awareness page.

Question 10. How much money can I earn as pet sitter?

Answer: This all depends on different scenarios. Such as how much you charge for your services, how much you work, how often you work, even the type of work. It can pay exceptionally well if you start to build a regular client base too.   

Answer: Not yet, you are urged to find your own insurance.

Answer:  Definitely—use the messaging feature to ask questions or arrange a meet-and-greet before confirming any booking.
